Box of 8 hand-dipped truffles. Our decadent truffles start with ganache, made in small batches with simple ingredients. Each truffle is in enrobed in couverture chocolate and given a delicate topping that corresponds to its flavor.

Every season, we curate a selection of our lovingly crafted chocolate treats and deliver it to your door! Each box has a retail value of over $35 in chocolate; tax and shipping are included in the price, giving the box an overall value of over $50! 

We put together products each season with a focus on variety and value; In addition to our housemade chocolates and confections, boxes may also include mini chocolate tasting experiences and other Laughing Gull merchandise. Flavor combinations will change each month to showcase our seasonal offerings. Our products are thoughtfully paired each month to be enjoyed together, or savored on their own!

Our chocolate barks start with a base of ethically sourced chocolate, spread to just the right thickness, and sprinkled with creative and unique inclusions like organic nuts, peppermint, and fruits.

Everyone knows the way to the hearts is through the belly, and with a delicious probiotic-packed bottle of Katboocha, it’s love at first sip!

Quite simply, it’s fermented tea!

Kombucha starts as a sweet tea base, commonly, from green or black tea.

The next step in turning the sweet tea into booch is adding our live, organic culture. This is called the SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) However, just adding a SCOBY isn’t enough; we also add the inoculant, or starter liquid.

Next, we give it lots of love and warmth as the bacteria and yeast party on! Over several days, or weeks depending on the environment, the tea will transform into the delicious tonic that we know as kombucha.
